Hey guys! Lately I've been learning how to meditate and even though I am far from doing it right it still gives me insight of what is going on in my mind 24/7. So many thoughts roam around our heads without us even noticing them. No wonder we feel overwhelmed with thousands of different ideas throughout the day! And no wonder we have no focus left for finding answers within. Consciously diving deep within yourself will enable you to unlock the truths you've been missing out on your entire life. The truths you unsuccessfully looked for outside of yourself, not even realizing that your intuition, gut feeling and inner knowledge are the strongest powers you shelter.
