If you struggle with sitting down to work after dealing with difficult situations or intense emotions, this episode is for you.

Relationship conflict. Worrying about your kids. Hormonal flare-ups.

These are all situations that generate intense negative emotions that can take our focus away from work.

If you’re like most people, you do one of two things when you feel this way: You either go into hustle mode and ignore your emotions to push through your work OR you do the opposite and spend the day on self-care instead of working on your important tasks.

In this episode, you’ll learn a third option, with a cheeky name: “Weep while you work.”

This concept is the middle ground between overworking and always taking time off when you feel bad.
