We all set new goals and intentions at the beginning of a new year. By the end of January the wheels usually fall off the bus. That gym membership goes unused, those 10, 20 or 30 pounds you want to lose becomes an afterthought rather than a goal. Most of us go back to our old ways, falling into the old neuropathways in our brain.
