On this week's episode of Pocket Change Kait is joined again by the wonderful Ruthana, an A-Typical Coach. This their second podcast together, and dare we is equal, if not better and far more jam packed with amazing content than their first episode together!

These two new dive into great discussion on burn out, what it is, how to look out for it and learning how to work with it. They discuss a number of other topics such as stress and how to work through it, anxiety and how to avoid disengagement.
