I LOVE traveling. There’s something wonderful about escaping from your routine and something just as lovely about returning to it at the end of a trip. I find being away from home, no matter how incredible, always makes me grateful to get back. I haven’t done too many excursions from my real life lately, with a young child and buying a new home this year. We're enjoying being in our happy place and getting settled in this particular season of life. But I have traveled a ton throughout my adult years and I’ve learned a lot about how to plan and pack a travel wardrobe — worry-free.

Because yes, I tend to worry. I think of all the worst case scenarios. I deal with anxiety and I hate to feel out of control when things don’t go according to plan. So I know, firsthand, how hard it can be to find the delicate balance between planning for a trip and obsessively stressing over a trip.
