Also, this week I am recording it by myself as Apryl is busy working both jobs. It's that time of year she loves working at Spirit Halloween.
Not everyone knows how to meditate. We explain how to do it. What to do if you can't concentrate. For cleansings we show you how to do it and what are good ways to cleanse your space and yourself. there are more ways that smoke cleansing. Listen to find out the other ways. Putting all those together to manifest what you want is a fantastic way to get what you want out of life.
