I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and lost in the process of healing & asking yourself, "why am I self-isolating?" I know how it is to feel like you are doing all of the right things, yet somehow you still end up in the dark & hard places that you know all too well. Those are familiar places that are still so confusing that you can get lost in them despite how far you have come.
