Cindy Gallop said it best, just #SayYourAge. Sometimes, it's not so simple when your industry (in this case, advertising) celebrates youth at every turn. That's why it's more important than ever to recognize ageism, both internalized and cultural, to move past the notions and beliefs we have.
So buckle up, it's going to be a long one. We could keep talking about ageism in marketing, business, content, and social media all season long.
