Most of us have been forced to do a total pivot recently not only in our business, but also in our personal life.
Pivot is essential, especially in time of crisis.
It helps us persevere and adapt to changes that we didn’t expect.
To be honest, it’s not easy considering trying new things that you have never done before, but if you don’t do it you are risk of becoming irrelevant.
I had a good discussion about pivoting, business and leadership with Samantha Kris founder of the Bossing Up group.
It’s incredible to see her managing two successful Facebook group plus her own business at the same time.
Everything is worth trying, new ways of doing things are available.
