In this week's episode, I had so much fun interviewing my good friend Todd Durkin. Todd is a world-renown trainer, coach, author, and motivational keynote speaker who trains dozens of elite, high-profile NFL, MLB, and MMA athletes, including two Super Bowl MVPs, Olympic gold medalists, Heisman Trophy winners, and MMA champions. Todd was also a featured trainer on the popular TV show, NBC STRONG, which is now airing on Netflix.
We talk about his experience on the show NBC Strong and how to keep on going when the energy in your fuel tank is running low. Todd was gracious enough to share some of his coaching tips and strategies and why his coaching career has been super successful. Tune in for a fun and very interesting ride on today's show.
