Founded in 1995, Chancerygate is the UK’s largest multi-unit industrial developer and asset manager and the only one operating nationwide.
In this podcast Jason Sharman, European Director at Chancerygate, shares why the company chose to land this year in both Spain and Portugal for its European continental expansion.
In June, Chancerygate completed its first acquisition in Iberia, which was a 2.7-hectare brownfield site located 20 minutes’ drive northwest of Lisbon within the municipality of Sintra. Spanish negotiations are also underway.
