Is this extreme heat the last week sapping your energy?
Need more vitality, strength and ability to focus?
You are not alone! In fact, I have been hitting the coffee big time - even more than usual!! - but there are so many other ways to Reset and get back on the right path.
Here with some stern talk on what is needed is Siebe Hannosset who guides people on their path to better health and a more optimised way of being.
Siebe has a background as a movement scientist and worked as a performance coach at Club Brugge, since contracting limes disease. He was forced to create his own personal blueprint to cultivate better mental and physical health and that has carved out his own way of sharing that.
He incorporates clinical psycho-neuro-immunology (cPNI) and has carved out his own Intermittent Living concept. The results of integrating these principles with himself had a profound impact and today he has a mission to translate the latest scientific insights about Intermittent Living into practice through intermittent fasting, cold therapy, deep breathing, sleep and other brain hacks.
For Septembers RESET RETREAT 9-12 September we have three places left to join us for the weekend in paradise, hiking, practising flow music infused yoga on our campo deck on the north of the island and attenting a rooftop dance music meditation on the roof on Nobu.
