Dealing with overwhelm and saying fuck it.
-> Overwhelm -> Too much info. Too many options. Never ending learning = you have doubts
Saying fuck it -> You get to a point in which you know so much that you don’t feel that any more info would help.
You just go for it.
You realise a part of you knew it all along.
You keep going.
You find a obstacle. You either grow or stagnate. (Take action vs cope).
You reach too much overwhelm. You stop.
If you have positive learning habits, you reward yourself for taking action and doing the best you could
If you have negative learning habits you punish yourself for not being perfect.
You then go back to your habits.
