I always knew I would get involved with training, becoming a personal trainer, a coach, but I never thought it would be in this space! I have enjoyed my time there so far and look forward to what's to come and this episode was inspired by my current profession.
I have created a playlist, MANY playlist for the clients at the gym and decided I wanted to share it with the world and those who enjoy working out and staying fit!
