Making the sale is all about being at the right place, at the right time - in front of the right person. When you find the decision maker, it’s about building a trusting relationship and being respectful of their needs and time. Ask questions to understand their situation better and help to build the trust between yourself and the client. The customer experience is an often overlooked but vital part of this trust.
In our previous talks, we’ve mentioned how natural empathy from women can make it easier to connect with people. Remember that your clients are people too with a life outside of work and if there are any interests and hobbies that you can connect on, do so. Being in sales is an industry where you have to learn to love to hustle and always be learning and willing to try new things.
