Metaverses aren’t new. They include multi-player game worlds like Fortnite and Roblox, and immersive, largely user-built worlds like Second Life and Meta (formerly Facebook)’s own Metaverse.
Guests discuss how brands like Nike successfully engage with customers in the metaverse, and recount examples of business metaverse offerings that didn’t work.
We also examine the inter-personal impacts of metaverses, and how these immersive online spaces can be used for social good. Fabio Assolini, Head of Research in Latin America for Kaspersky’s Global Research and Analysis Team takes on everyone’s metaverse security questions.
