Ever found yourself knowing what you should do, but struggling to actually do it?

You’re not alone.

I’ve been there, and I’m still figuring things out!

I’ve been:

  • The Late-Night Worker – knowing I needed more family time, but work kept me in my office.
  • The Ice Cream Aficionado – aiming for a healthy diet but succumbing to a nightly dish.
  • The Armchair Athlete – aspiring to be more fit but letting exhaustion win.

Veering away from good intentions compounds negative consequences too, like guilt, weight gain or continued fatigue.

Why is this so hard? Our brains are wired to form habits, which can be difficult to break, even when we know they're not serving us well.

There is a way to turn good intentions into good actions.
