In the first of our three-part podcast series in collaboration with the Office for National Statistics, Tom Huskinson, head of Ipsos UK’s Survey Research Methods Centre, is joined by Laura Wilson and Charlie Hales from the Office of National Statistics to talk about their recently released guidance “The three levels of Respondent Centred Design (RCD)”. Laura Wilson is Principal Research Officer at the Office for National Statistics and Data Collection Lead at the UK Government Data Quality Hub. She is co-author of the 2021 book "Respondent Centred Surveys: Stop, Listen and then Design". Charlie Hales is also a Principal Research Officer at the Office for National Statistics and is Harmonisation Lead for the Government Statistical Service.
