Rob Bould

Rob Bould is the former CEO of leading International property agents and advisory firm GVA Bilfinger. Currently Rob runs his own consultancy business and is Chairman of both LandAid and of Coyote Group, as well as holding various senior advisory and Non Executive Director roles, including being a Non Executive Director of IPSX - the world's first securities exchange dedicated to commercial real estate. https://www.ipsx.com

Paul Shearer

Paul Shearer has worked extensively in both Television and Radio in front of and behind the camera as an actor, writer and presenter and script editor. He has also worked for over thirty years in the corporate communications sector for many of the UK’s blue chip companies producing internal videos on a wide variety of subjects. As a journalist he has written for both The Times and The Financial Times on residential property. He has written and presented video work on commercial property for consulting real estate agents GVA Bilfinger as well as Capita Real Estate.

Chris Luck

Chris Luck is a Partner in the Funds and Indirect Real Estate team. His main focus is in the real estate and financial sectors for UK and International clients. Transactional activity includes M&A, joint ventures and listing real estate companies as well as setting up and acting for investors in real estate funds.

Chris is a member of the British Property Federation Finance Committee and works with the Property Industry Alliance, Property Finance Forum and EPRA on industry matters including REITs and European regulation such as the Alternative Investment Fund Managers' Directive (AIFMD).

Lisa Walker

Lisa is widely experienced in financial services regulation and joins from the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group where she was Head of Compliance for the UK and Europe. Lisa previously occupied a senior associate role with the UK Financial Conduct Authority where she had supervisory responsibility for Recognised Investment Exchanges, including NYSE Liffe, BATS, ISDX and the London Stock Exchange.
