I get very passionate when it gets to one person saying “I Love You”, but treat that same “I-Love-You-Person” with no respect that can be classified as EMOTIONAL ABUSE. I talk about 7?? ways you can deal with emotional abuse. 1?? Make your mental and physical health a priority 2?? Establish boundaries with your abuser 3?? Stop blaming yourself 4?? You cannot FIX and abusive person. Its up to him/her. 5?? Do not engage with am abusive person 6?? Support Network 7?? Have an exit strategy.
