När han var 15 år så åkte han på sin första världsturné med Boney M inför 40.000 människor varje kväll och så har det fortsatt sedan dess. Desmond har jobbat med: Boney M, Aswad, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs, Lee ”Scratch” Perry, David Byrne (Talking heads), Papa Dee, Mary J Blidge, UB40, Boy George, George Fame, Lisa Nilsson, Dennis Pop, Max Martin, Petter, Kristin Amparo, Titiyo, Magnus Carlson (Weeping Willows), Syster Sol, Blacknuss, Brooklyn Funk Essentials, Internal Dread, Rebecca Törnqvist ibland många andra. English: When Desmond was 13 he was stopped in the street by a Gipsy Lady who took his hand and said: "Oh i see, you´re a Traveller and you gonna tour the world and play music." By the age of 15, he went on his first world tour with Boney M, playing infront of 40,000 people every night, and it has continued ever since.
