When it comes to football I recall going once with my dad as a kid but since then I haven't been to a match. I was given the chance to go to Woking FC's home match against Tamworth which was also the Woking and Sam Beare Hospice take over, with collections and awareness being raised of the clubs charity partner of the year. I spoke to Consultant Cardiologist Dr Sudhir Rathore who was telling the group about the risk factors when it comes to heart disease and heart attacks.
