Instagram transparent seeing everyone’s very best Just a reminder that it’s okay to not be ok 🤨 even when we have this social media making it seem the completely opposite way. I’m not mad that people, we...do it. I’m mad that we feel we have to. Before social media it’s been a thing tho as well. Going to the PTA meeting, going to sporting events for your kids and acting like all is well in your family or home life, with yourself. Its been long before social media but obviously it’s at a higher volume and more common. Believe me I been there- but less and less than ever nowadays. Because I like to be transparent about the fact that life is hard as shit But by far my least favorite thing that happens on any social media platform is the fact that so many people are truly struggling deep down, but they’re more so struggling along with trying to keep up with a persona that they arent If you’re unhappy as a whole, and you see what’s going on in your life...and posting the prettiest pictures where someone could easily think you’re not having any troubles at all..then think about that for the next time you think its reasonable to judge someone else’s Instagram as if it were a reality for them. Its not. It never is. Everyone’s life is hard. What we see, is like 4% of someone’s life Everyone is struggling life is difficult lets not compare 🤗 I wish it were as simple as that all you can do is work on it bit by bit
