A Philadelphia man is accused of threatening to shoot or blow up the Montgomery County Republican Committee Office in Blue Bell, Montgomery County. District Attorney Kevin Steele says Edward Cieri Jr made the threats over the phone during an argument with a staffer Saturday morning. Whitpain Township police said they traced the call back to the 39-year-old. Cieri is charged with threatening to place weapons of mass destruction, terroristic threats and harassment.
