You know where you want to be and you have an idea of how to get there, but you realise that there are some changes you need to make to become your best self and experience the new life you have envisioned from within.

The life changes, self development and character building processes are painful and you may feel like giving up, but the destination you have envisioned is too good to let go of. During this process, it can be very difficult to find peace and continue on with strength and passion, especially when the pain seems never-ending and the destination feels so far away.

In this episode I share some of the struggles I faced and tough decisions I had to make, as well as the tools and mindset shifts that helped in my own process of self transformation, to live a more purposeful and fulfilled life that was aligned with the vision in my heart.

My special guest Susan (Bee) who is my mother, joins me on the podcast again and shares some her own personal stories, giving us a unique perspective as a parent through her experiences raising me and my siblings into the people we are today.

We share some of our family background, personal stories and the importance of being connected to God on this journey and how this important spiritual relationship transformed our lives.
