An Atlanta novelist claims in a new lawsuit that Sean “Diddy” Combs shot at him outside a nightclub in New York City in the 1990s. Combs is behind bars on federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber spoke with DeWitt Gilmore about why he’s filing the lawsuit now and what led to his beef with Combs decades ago.
