Her team can often be found in the field training staff and supporting new openings. A successful restaurant owner and operator, Kathy’s concepts include, Dish D’Lish®, a “Food to Go Go” favorite for healthy options on the go, along with the companion line of retail and foodservice products – and Rel’Lish Burger Lounge™, a full service restaurant specializing in inspired burgers, salads, snacks and cocktails on tap .
