I’m here to tell you, that’s exactly where you’re supposed to be, because small things have a big impact. How you show up makes a difference, and how you show up as a leader, what you do and say, affects the team around you. Let’s take some time to look at some small things we can do consistently that can impact our teams and organizations in a big way.
