In this episode, we start the Design phase and discuss why focus areas are helpful when approaching your life experience design project. We go over examples of past work projects where focus mattered, chat about our personal focus areas and how they’ve evolved over time, and present an exercise of how to start designing for your own focus areas. We also talk about user journeys and how they help illustrate priorities for an experience.
