These self help books These self help courses These people you follow ( including me ) Doesn't help you grow These are just guides And too many guides mean no action, no faith and no belief in anything You have to choose who and what you resonate with Learn from a few Follow a few But if you keep on learning If you are not self aware If you will not explore the self Then self improvement is a scam in which you'll be stuck forever.
