In this episode, Steve Smith interviews Giles Lascelle who shares powerfully about the healing power of meditation in relation to trauma. Giles is an ordained church minister and psychotherapist. He heads up an organisation called ‘Breakthrough’ (www.traumabreakthrough.org) which exists to support survivors of trauma, in particular childhood trauma. Giles - himself a trauma survivor - shares how the practice of meditation can be a powerful tool in helping people find lasting recovery. Giles draws from both his own personal journey as well as from his professional experience.

Hear how “instead of being at the mercy of feelings, we can see them for what they are”. This practice is so liberating for those battling any form of negativity.
