She explains how, when you need to defend yourself, you don't want to be another statistic. You want to be prepared. And you want to be empowered. The Second Amendment offers us a way to achieve this empowerment — especially for women and victims of domestic violence. If we truly want to help, we should be empowering them, not hindering their God-given right to self-defense.
