Mark is then joined by CNN Political Contributor Scott Jennings. Scott discusses the horrific wildfires in Southern California and the poor leadership that helped lead to them. Scott also discusses the transition of power set to begin next week in the White House. Mark later discusses Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' recent comments defending President Elect Donald Trump's criticism of Gavin Newsom's poor leadership and fire prevention. In hour 2, Sue hosts, "Sue's News" where she discusses trending news, on this day in history, the random fact of the day, and more. Mark is then joined by Brian Ping, a St Louis native and now news anchor for KNX Radio in Los Angeles. He discusses how more "life threatening" winds are set to hit already wildfire-ravaged parts of the LA area. Mark is later joined by KSDK Sports Director Frank Cusumano who discusses the results of this past weekend's playoff games and tonight's Vikings vs Rams game. He also discusses Mizzou basketball remaining undefeated in SEC play and the Cardinals lack of movement in the offseason. In hour 3, Mark is joined by Margi Conklin, the Managing Editor of The Free Press. She discusses her latest piece, "Facebook's Fact Checkers Changed the Way I See Tech - and Speech - Forever." Mark is then joined by Scott Faughn, the host of "This Week in Missouri". He discusses today's inauguration of new Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe. They wrap up the show with the Audio Cut of the Day.
