Going against the grain isn’t an easy thing to do. It’s accompanied by ridicule, it’s lonely, you’re doubted...and that’s just on day 1.
Going against the grain is typically a ‘trial’ for most people because of the difficulties of stepping out of the norm, but it’s exactly what we have to do when we’re reaching to live life on our terms.
Stepping into our purpose isn’t supposed to be easy - and self mastery demands difficulty - but if we stay the course, it’s guaranteed to be the best decision we’ve ever made.
