Jeffrey Eisner is the creator of Pressure Luck Cooking, a leading acclaimed and easy-to-follow Instant Pot recipe video blog. Featured on the Food Network, Good Morning America, and Rachael Ray, he creates his famously flavorful recipes at home in Queens, New York. His first cookbook, The Step-by-Step Instant Pot Cookbook, which was released at the height of the COVID pandemic, became an instantly lauded international bestseller within a week of its release, hitting numerous charts, including USA Today, the Wall Street Journal, and the Toronto Star.
