上集講過比較熱門的「迷之飲食」,今集都想講解其他大家一定有聽過的「飲食法」:間歇性斷食 (168 /204 / 一日一餐) 和低碳飲食。間歇性斷食(168/204/一日一餐)除了可以容易令人不自覺攝取少了卡路里外,斷食的時候好多人都主張有對身體的好處,還是「自蝕效應」,即是排毒,身體把不好的細胞吞噬變成好的細胞,除咗身體的好處。另一個我覺得一個比較容易執行又沒那麼多限制的是低碳飲食。快來聽我的講解,再想想有那種飲食法比較適合自己吧!
