My mental health is trash. Okay, I admit that even though I like to preach about self-care. I am not always the greatest at prioritizing it in my own life. 2019 was not a good year for me in the slightest. (Was it for anyone, though?) I want to start 2020 with a different approach to how I set intentions. "But it’s already February… shouldn’t you have been doing this in January?" Yes and no. 2019 was all about shedding the old decade, coming to terms with lessons learnt, and establishing a foundation for the 20s decade. I used January to sort of create a base in which to build upon in 2020, and so it’s finally time to come up with the blue prints for what I want to build.
