Vulnerability is the birthplace of connection and the path to the feeling of worthiness. If it doesn't feel vulnerable, the sharing is probably not constructive.
On todays show we look at the idea of re-establish the idea that vulnerability is a good thing- that it is the key joy and happiness and not as perceived in the modern day emotions we want to avoid such as fear, shame & worthlessness.
