To kick off the podcast this week is Charles Araujo, a technology industry analyst, author, and speaker and internationally recognized authority on the Digital Enterprise, the Digital Experience, and the Future of Work. He recently joined us at The Millennium Alliance during the Digital Enterprise CIO Transformation Assembly, moderating a discussion on behalf of our partner ATS/Galileo. During that session, he and ATS founder, Tim Conley, talked about the need for what they call Smart Infrastructure Management.
