But AI adoption has accelerated rapidly in recent years, thanks to the rise of talent intelligence platforms that apply AI to every step in the talent management process, and the arrival of generative AI, which adds human-like communication abilities to such time-consuming HR processes as candidate relationship management, onboarding and training.
