Eight days of silence -- how would you fare? In today's episode, Marley Musarra shares her bucket list experience of heading overseas to spend over a week at a Silent Meditation Retreat.
She discloses what the day-to-day was like, including the literal "hard" sleep components; the things she created to entertain her mind; and the deep heart, soul stirrings that lasted beyond her days at the retreat.
And, no spoiler alerts here, but also an announcement to the world of what surrendering to life actually feels like and what that divine flow of it all gifted her in return!
Professionally, Marley is a yoga teacher based out of La Verkin, Utah. She also teaches “Into Your Heart: Answering Your Quarter-Life Calling” courses, as well as leads Women’s Retreats around the world. She prides herself on leading her life, as well as her offerings, from the heart.
Marley lives for joy, play, self-discovery, personal growth, vulnerability, wonder, and awe. Along with being a yoga-enthusiast, she’s a deep connector, world-traveler, dog mama (& soon-to-be baby mama), forever student of life, and lover of everything outdoors.
