He explains what a toxic culture can do for a company and what a great culture can do. Tim goes deep into his purpose, principles and how he lives his life, and gives some real world and very serious examples of how he has applied his own teachings in his life.
Finally, he tells us that we need to develop our mindset and skillset, we can do both, and if we do, it will change everything.
