As an entrepreneur, the expectation in a lot of spaces in our line of work is that you will get up, drink coffee, and work till you have to go to bed, then repeat it the next day. This "grind mindset" is not realistic and will lead to you being burned out, and not showing up for yourself and your team. In this episode, Alex talks about how he escaped the grind mindset and how he now sets himself up for success by taking time for himself and how you can too.
