Sian Goff is an Actor, Writer, and Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching for over seven years and practicing for twelve, Sian is currently a lead teacher at Hot Pod Yoga.
As an Actor, Sian has worked across T.V, film, and theatre, and appeared in Idris Elba's T.V comedy In the long run.
In part 1 of our conversation, we talk about the call from the mountains that led Sian to do her teacher training & the mental challenges of balancing two passions. We also begin to unpack the trickery of the ego in both industries and the work of integrating all aspects of ourselves.
