The Indian stock markets have closed with a fall for the sixth consecutive day today. Nifty 15,300 and Sensex closed below 51,400 for the second consecutive day. This week Nifty, Sensex and Bank Nifty have closed with a heavy fall of five to five and a half percent and Midcap-Smallcap index and up to seven percent. The metal index has been the worst performer with a fall of nine and a half percent.
