My intention with this episode was to open up a conversation about working with the element of Air in your life and in your magical offering to the world. The first part of the episode is my own exploration of the subject and then the second half holds a lively conversation with my guest Natasha Levinger of Highest Light Healing.

I adore and hold deep respect for my guest Natasha Levinger. Natasha is an energy reader, healer and spiritual coach. In her practice she works with her clients to help them heal trauma from their chakras and energy fields. She includes modes of therapeutic models such as Inner Child Healing and Mindful Self Compassion so that clients can continue their healing on their own. She also helps people by communicating to their pets, giving healings to them and communicating with those who have passed on. Through her practice, Highest Light Healing, she looks forward to helping even more people through classes, one on one sessions and meditations.
