Eminem vs Joe Budden. Who is better in the last decade?

On August 31st, 2018 eminem dropped a surprise album, which i rated a 3.5/5. The spark behind this album was due to the criticism of Eminem's previous album (Revital). Many people viewed this album to be very lackluster and questioned a lot of people. Has he fallen off? He addressed everybody and in particular Joe budden stood out even though Eminem gave him only one bar in this album. The Joe Budden podcast was amazing yesterday as he took 3 hours of his time yesterday to finally address why Slaughterhouse broke up and discussed his issue with Eminem. Joe budden says he has been better than Eminem in the past decade. 2 of my friends and i debate who is the better rapper in the past decade. Check it out as we discuss.
