No matter how hard-working and reliable ESTJ types may be, they have a tendency toward being impatient with their teams, judgmental, and, at their worst, obsessive control freaks. They may set a standard of nothing ever being good enough, but oblivious to how damaging this behavior is to their teams. Some might call this micromanagement. But not all ESTJ types are micromanagers, and not all micromanagers are ESTJ types. Tune in to hear Edythe’s strategies for both micromanagers and their victims.
