In today’s episode I had the privilege of interviewing Brain Sanders from the Peak Human podcast who’s mission is to help people not just survive, but thrive through diet and lifestyle changes. The Sapien Framework of eating has helped countless amounts of people around the world change their lives and find optimal health. We dive into this today and much more!

We discuss the impact Mark Sisson and his book Primal Blueprint has had on his life, along with the documentary series he is making to explain and consolidate all the information he has come across for optimal and peak health.
