Today I welcome Joy Battles to the show! Joy is a retired postal carrier and a personal family friend! Her son, Zach, is one of my all-time besties, and I've traveled with their family on more than one occasion—so I basically feel like one of their own.
I've always had a particular interest in the U.S. postal service—mainly because my mind simply wanders from time to time. It's one of three things I consider to be witchcraft in this world, and you'll have to listen to learn the other two! ;)
I greatly enjoyed my conversation with Joy as we dive into the nitty-gritty of all things U.S. mail. And believe me—there are many pieces of the puzzle that I had never even considered!
